Partners in Support is incredibly proud to share that Kerry has been selected as a finalist for the Outstanding Achievement in Adult Disability or Mental Health Support Award at the Hertfordshire Care Awards 2026.With over 25 years of dedicated support, Kerry has made a remarkable difference in the lives of so many. Since 2016, she has stood alongside Jackie helping to transform not only her daily life, but her confidence, independence, and sense of possibility.
We’ll be keeping everything crossed for awards night, but the truth is… Kerry is already a winner to us.

We’re really pleased to welcome Dilan as he settles into his new accommodation and begins working with his team. Starting somewhere new can take time, but he’s already getting to know the people around him and finding his feet.
