All staff recruited will need to demonstrate a strong commitment to the values of the organisation and the rights of people with learning disabilities to lead a life that makes sense to them.
People will be recruited to work with specific individuals and the interview process will ensure people are "matched" to provide the best possible chance of developing positive relationships.
An individualised induction programme will be provided for all team members and subsequent regular in-service training will be provided in accordance with people's specific support needs. This will include access to a National Vocational Qualification training programme.
Partners in Support are developing new support services to people within Hertfrodshire at regular intervals and therefore welcome applications for Team Leaders and Support Workers at any time.
