Partners in Support have been developed in partnership with Hertfordshire County Council and Hertfordshire’s NHS Partnership Trust, with support from Paradigm, the leading national learning disability consultancy organisation, and the Government’s Valuing People Support Team. The organisation will provide high quality and intensive support to individuals with learning disabilities or Autism living, or wanting to live, in Hertfordshire. Partners in Support have a particular interest in working with people who are currently in specialist health settings or people living in “out of county” placements, many of whom have experienced support by traditional services that has failed to work for them.
